理事会　

　理事会は会長、副会長、理事、各支部長、事務局長で構成する。

各理事は次の委員会に所属し、委員会の委員と一緒に活動に携わる。　

研究委員会　

• 様々な研究や調査に携わる。

　紀要編集委員会　

• 論文募集・編集に携わる。

　大会運営委員会

• 大会テーマ・プログラムの企画・提案をする。

　賛助会員交流委員会　

• 機器企業・映画配給会社・出版社など学会支援企業と交流する。

　著作権問題専門委員会　

• 著作権に係わる諸問題の調査・提案をする。

　データベース作成委員会　

• 台本・映画史・紀要・授業事例のアーカイブに携わる。

　国際交流委員会　

• 国外の学会と提携し、交流する。

本部事務局

• 会員入会申し込み・会費・大会参加申込み受付・出版物の発送などを行う。

会計 　

• 年会費・大会参加費・大会運営費などの予算・決算書を作成する。

会計監査　2名 　

• 理事を除く一般会員より2名選び、会計を監査する。

ATEM Administrative Outline

President (Kaichou)
The President is chosen by the decision of the Board of Trustees.
Vice Presidents (Fukukaichou)
Vice presidents are elected by vote of the Board of Trustees.
Directors (Riji)
Directors must have been ATEM members for longer than one year and
are appointed by recommendation of the Board of Trustees.
Director of Administration (Jimukyokuchou)
The Adminstrative Director is elected by vote of the Board of Directors.
Auditors (Kaikeikansa)　
Auditors are ATEM members and are appointed by the President.

Board of Directors (Rijikai)

-consisting of the President, Vice Presidents, Trustees, the Chairpersons of the ATEM branches, and the Director of Administration.

Committees (Iinkai)

Each Director should belong to one or more of the following committees and participate in the activities along with the committee members.

Academic Research Committee (Kenkyuu Iinkai)

-investigates various research material and topics

Journal Editorial Committee (Kiyou Henshuu Iinkai)

-solicits and reviews articles and manuscripts, and edits and prepares for publication the ATEM Journal and Newsletters

Conference Planning Committee (Taikai Unei Iinkai)

-plans, proposes and prepares the annual general conference

Industry Liaison Committee (Sanjokaiin Kouryu Iinkai)

-communicates and cooperates with ATEM Supporting Members, e.g., audiovisual hardware and software manufacturers and suppliers, film production companies and distributors, and publishing enterprises

Copyright Issues Committee (Chosakuken Mondai Senmoniinkai)

-deliberates on and recommends procedure on copyright matters

Database Compilation Committee (Database Sakusei Iinkai)

-creates and maintaing data bases for scripts, movie history, Journals, or classroom case studies.

International Exchange Committee (Kokusai Kouryu Iinkai)

-cooperation with foreign academic societies

-handles membership applications and fees, provides the reception desk at conferences, mails publications
